Soft Water Supplies Terms and Conditions
Deliveries can take up to 10 working days but in the majority of cases are completed very much earlier. Our delivery schedule (covering four counties) is Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Specific day/timed deliveries are not available.
We must have access to park legally (not on yellow lines or permit only parking), without height or width restrictions and the ability to park within close proximity to your premises.
If you are absent on delivery, we will leave the salt close to your front door, or in a location convenient to you providing we receive this instruction in advance. If your property has electric gates and we cannot obtain access, we will leave the salt outside the gate.
Upper floor flats or apartments must have access via a working lift.
If you place an order and are outside of our delivery area, you are welcome to collect your order from our Soft Water Supplies office at Glenfield, Woodhouse Lane, Botley, Southampton, SO30 2DJ. Collection times are Monday to Friday 10am-1pm and 2pm-4pm. Alternatively, we will offer a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if it doesn't meet these requirements, or if operational problems are encountered.
Refund/Return & Cancellation:
If you wish to return your order, you must inform us within 14 calendar days of receipt. You then have a further 14 calendar days to return your order (return postage, courier, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If you wish us to return to collect your order, a collection charge of £9 will apply). A refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item(s) by us. The product should be unopened and returned in its original packaging in the condition that it was received.
You may cancel your order prior to dispatch and a full refund will be issued.
